There is a no refund policy for annual membership fees at all times. You may cancel your membership at any time, however, no refunds will be provided upon cancellation.
For branded merchandise, there is a 7-day exchange-only policy for orders that arrived damage. We do not accept returns and we do not provide refunds at this time. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with your proof of purchase. For items purchased from a local seller in the ProudLocalYYC Marketplace and for discounted local gift cards, please refer to the seller's policy listed under their shop. Return, exchanges, and refund policies are at the discretion of the seller, and not ProudLocalYYC/Proud Local Group.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
It may take for your exchanged product to be processed.
